Delaware Bay
We left Chesapeake City, Maryland, and cruised up the Delaware Bay, a dynamic estuary where the Delaware River meets the Atlantic Ocean. From here, we sailed into Cape May, New Jersey.
Cape May
On our one day in Cape May, we had forecasted some nasty weather, which caused our day not to go exactly as planned. Instead of dinghying and exploring the historic areas, we spent the day helping boats that were dragging and had tangled anchors.
Atlantic Ocean
Although New Jersey has an Intracoastal Waterway, we opted to travel in the Atlantic Ocean up the coast. Here are all of our daily vlogs detailing our experience.
