From rough seas to glass (a full day cruising from Islamorada to Key Largo on the Great Loop)

Time to leave our anchorage in Islamorada and cruise to John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo! We try to mix up cruising and having fun because to maintain our course for the Great Loop, you have to. If you have too much fun, you’ll fall behind and won’t make the seasons, OR if you move too fast then whats the point of the loop! By splitting today up with a cruise in the morning and snorkeling and hiking John Pennekamp State Park in Key Largo, we had the best of both worlds!
